The projection consisted of the remodel of an plane located inwards a modern residential edifice within the Diagonal Mar Park, a few meters from the beach. The owners, a distich inwards dear amongst Barcelona, wanted to refurbish this plane to relish the proximity to the bounding main too the quietness of this constituent of the city. They wanted to convert their two-bedroom plane into a comfortable too functional i sleeping room abode patch having the primary areas connected too opened upward to the terrace through a spectacular window amongst views to the commons too the sea.
Ylab Arquitectos proposed a completely novel layout, prioritizing the communal infinite formed past times the kitchen too the living room, aligned amongst the master copy sleeping room along amongst i large window. The plane achieves maximum storage due to the large floor-to-ceiling cabinetry along the perimeter too inwards the commutation of the sectionalization walls. The oak woods cabinets alternate amongst white lacquer wall cladding, that allow for the even installation of the swinging doors too cover the sliding doors. This allows for the dissimilar spaces to live on separated inwards a subtle way.
